School of the Prophets (hereinafter referred to as the “OPISOP”) accesses, collects, uses, handles and shares User Data from use of OPISOP app, including personal and sensitive user data. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE USER DATA

OPISOP App collects user data as outlined here in below:

·  Customer name, email address, date of birth , contact number and other contact details.

·  Debit/ Credit Card information = For registration into any course or for the donation purpose (this information is not being store in the application)

To use OPISOP App, there is no such permission required on the device.

USAGE OF PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE USER DATA

·        Personal information entered by user is used to enroll user in the selected program or to make donations.

·        OPISOP App does not store any sensitive user information including credit card or other payment details.

·        To use OPISOP App, there is no such permission required on the device.

SECURITY

OPISOP App does not store any sensitive user data and network communication is made over secure channel https.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

OPISOP does not share, rent or sale any of the user information.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

User Data is kept in a form which permits identification of individuals only so long as necessary for fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected in accordance with the organization’s privacy policy.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY PROTOCOL

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, to reflect organization and customer feedback.
